Terms and conditions
These terms govern the motorcycle rental service offered by Motos Go in La Serena, Chile. By booking or using our services, you accept the conditions described below.
1. Requirements to rent
To rent a motorcycle you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class C driver's license (Chile's motorcycle license class) or its international equivalent, and present a valid ID. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before confirming delivery.
2. Booking and deposit
Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total value. The remaining balance is paid at the time the motorcycle is delivered. Payment is coordinated directly with Enrique or Diego after we receive your request.
3. Using the motorcycle
The motorcycle must be used responsibly and in accordance with the traffic laws of each country you visit. Subletting it, lending it to unauthorized third parties, or riding it under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
4. Insurance and liability
Every unit includes third-party insurance. The renter is responsible for damage not covered by insurance, including the applicable deductible in case of an accident, theft, or loss of accessories.
5. Delivery and return
The motorcycle is delivered and picked up at the agreed place and time. We recommend reviewing the vehicle's condition together with Enrique or Diego both before receiving it and before returning it.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation and date-change conditions are evaluated case by case. Contact us as far in advance as possible if you need to modify your booking.
7. Border crossings
If your route crosses into Argentina, Bolivia, or Peru, let us know in advance so we can prepare the necessary documentation for the motorcycle.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of La Serena.
